In this meeting, the President of Baqir al-Ulum University (A.S.) introduced the academic, educational, and research capacities of Baqir al-Ulum University (A.S.) and the Islamic Sciences and Culture Research Institute, emphasizing the readiness of these institutions to expand scientific and cultural collaborations with universities and academic centers in Iraq.
During the visit of the delegation from Baqir al-Ulum University (A.S.) to Iraq, Hojjatoleslam Dr. Seyed Ehsan Rafiei Alavi, President of Baqir al-Ulum University (A.S.), and his accompanying delegation met and held discussions with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Mohammad Kazem Al-Sadegh, in Baghdad.

Continuing this meeting, the cultural and missionary capacities of the Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary, as one of the active institutions in promoting scientific and cultural interactions between the two countries, were discussed. The President of Baqir al-Olum University (A.S.) also, referring to the capabilities of the Qard al-Hasanah Fund of the Islamic Propagation Office, highlighting this institution as بستری مؤثر برای پشتیبانی و توسعه فعالیت‌های بین‌المللی مشترک توصیف کرد.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the President of Baqir al-Ulum University (A.S.), on behalf of the Chairman of the University Board of Trustees and the Head of the Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary, extended a formal invitation to the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Iraq to visit Baqir al-Ulum University (A.S.) and the various departments of the Islamic Propagation Office.
