Scientific tour of Baqir al-Olum University Visits Oman
A delegation of prominent scholars from Baqir al-Olum University—including Dr. Alireza Moghaddam, Head of the Department of Regional Studies, Dr. Norouzi, Dr. Sheikh Hosseini, and Dr. Mohammad Ali Mirzaei—has traveled to Muscat, Oman, with the aim of identifying academic opportunities and expanding scientific and university-level cooperation with Omani academic institutions.
During this visit, the delegation met and held discussions with H.E. Mr. Mousa Farhang, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Oman. The meeting focused on strengthening scientific collaborations, exchanging faculty and students, and launching joint research projects.
Baqir al-Olum University, as a leading center in Islamic humanities, is dedicated to advancing indigenous knowledge and producing Islamic-based scholarship. Over the years, it has achieved significant milestones in research, education, and international academic cooperation.
