In the light of the Quran, human rights do not merely emphasize rights belonging to human beings alone; they are fundamentally grounded in the primary duty of submission to God. Therefore, the rights granted by the Creator are not absolute. Rather, they are conditioned by responsibilities and high moral values, finding their meaning within this framework.
