Natural Human Rights: A Subjective Construct, not a Discovery of Reality – Human Rights Int. Summit

Even for proponents of natural rights, these rights are constructed and subjective. In the Kantian view, the human mind gives form to the world, creating universal and necessary concepts rather than discovering them. Whether through a shared or different lens, it is always our perspective that shapes the world. This process is one of creation and construction, not the discovery of a pre-existing reality.
