The First International Summit On Human Rights, The Eastern Approach
Inefficiency and Double Standards of International Human Rights Bodies

Although a framework of international laws and institutions exists for human rights protection, it has proven largely ineffective. These bodies often operate primarily in the interest of Western imperialism, remaining silent and failing to act on violations committed against other oppressed peoples globally. This clear double standard represents a serious impediment to the genuine protection and enforcement of human rights, undermining the system’s credibility and hindering the pursuit of global justice.
