To adopt an objective and logical stance on Western human rights, we need a comprehensive scientific framework that integrates ontological, factual, and normative perspectives. Without such a system, our critique of the thirty articles and other legal documents arises from a vacuum or a partial view. Therefore, we require a “critique of the critique” of human rights in the West.
