The “ideological view” dominates the field of human rights, both in the East and the West. Easterners are heavily engaged in an ideology of critiquing the West, and the West does the same. It has transformed concepts like globalization, secularism, and rationalism into closed, impenetrable ideologies, making genuine dialogue impossible.
