Justice: An Existential and Civilizational Lever, Not Just a Dogma

This approach saves us from the “Western epistemological rupture” and from the pitfall of “Isonomie” (formal equality), as distinct from true equity. By doing so, we remain faithful to the theological foundations of the “Adliya” (School of Justice). Thus, “Justice” is no longer merely a doctrinal or faith-based principle, but also a powerful existential, civilizational, and historical lever for transformation.
